Well we finally are in and getting settled.
I sold my house for sale by owner in 5 weeks and we had looked at over 60 houses before our purchase. It was a long road to find the right place!

CHANGE OF PLANS
A week before we were closing my sister passed away and it put some stress on the situation. We decided the day before closing to pass on the Riedsville foreclosure and found a great place with 10 acres closer and not needing the work that the other house would require.
Well we finally are in and getting settled.
