What an emotional rollercoaster. I am sick becuase an offer came in this weekend on the home and we just got approval to make an offer ourselves.
STRESSFULL- I know this is meant for us so God willing it will work out. Can't stand the waiting game now......ugggghhhhhhhh :( so sad! Our offer was e mailed in to agent now and we will not know anything....until they decifer through this mess. The other person had made an offer before too.
I sold my house for sale by owner in 5 weeks and we had looked at over 60 houses before our purchase. It was a long road to find the right place!
